Zermatt Hotels - Hotels in Zermatt village centre

We've listed our Zermatt hotels by their distance to the beautiful Catholic Church of St. Maurice in the Market Square with its famous Marmot Fountain. It's only a 7 minute walk to here from the train station, and only 10 minutes to the Matterhorn cable car station and the edge of the village, where the mountain paths begin.

Zermatt only has a small village centre and it can be explored easily by foot, albeit for the odd steep climb. Zermatt is a car-free resort however many hotels will collect you from the train station in their mini-electric cars or horse drawn carriages. Failing that you'll have to pay the high prices for a taxi or carry your luggage through the busy streets yourself. Below you'll find details of each hotel's location within Zermatt, together with the hotel's standard double room price (which is often more expensive than the rates we offer).
