Did you enjoy the food?	- please select - yes - it was out of this world! yes - it was very good / excellent yes - it was good yes - it was ok it was a bit disappointing no - it was disgusting!
What was the presentation of the food like?	- please select - the chef could also work in an art gallery they made an effort without going over the top it was nice but nothing special it was a bit disappointing presentation? what presentation!?!
What was the quality of the ingredients like?	- please select - food was fresh with local ingredients food was fresh - good quality ingredients food was fresh - it was nice food was fresh - it was ok food was fresh - especially that hair in my soup! food wasn't that fresh - my lettuce was brown food wasn't fresh - i'm sure they reheated yesterdays food

What was availability of the food like?	- please select - everything I ordered, was available some dishes are only available at certain times of day I was told when given the menu, some dishes were no longer available they were 'all out' of a dish I ordered they seemed to be all out of everything

Was the restaurant good value for money?	- please select - yes - it was unbelievably great value for money yes, it was good value for money it was pricey but worth every penny! erm, it was bit too pricey no - it was far too expensive for what you got! same as you'd expect to pay elsewhere not sure
Did you get any extra's thrown in?	- please select - no - we got what we paid for! yeah - we got a dish compliments of the chef yeah - bread was free yeah - we got a freebie when we complained about something yeah - we got a free drink with the bill yeah - we got free mints with the bill
Were the drinks good value for money?	- please select - don't know - I managed to avoid my round yeah - great value for money no more or less than you'd expect to pay elsewhere expensive but great choice mega expensive! Bring your hip flask with you!

How accurate was the bill?	- please select - everything was on there - no problems I presume the bill was OK but I'm not good at reading foreign languages they charged us for food/drinks we never got they even charged for the bread shhhhh.... they forgot to charge us for something!

Were the restaurant staff friendly?	- please select - very friendly. They seemed to love working there yes - they were polite they were OK - as you'd expect I've seen happier fish they were very intimidating
Were the restaurant staff attentive?	- please select - yes - always there when i needed them yes - always there - sat listening to every word of our conversation!!! attentive most of, but not all of the time i could see them but for some reason they couldn't see me! restaurant staff? what restaurant staff!?!
How did they spend their time in between serving?	- please select - I never noticed they were stood around waiting for customers / orders they were sat chatting amongst each other they were sat at the bar drinking and chatting they spent the time smoking
Was the service fast enough?	- please select - quicker than a cheetah on anabolic steroids! just right - no complaints it could have been quicker but it was ok the dishes arrived at different times no but the waiter did warn me of the delay in advance painfully slow - bring a sleeping bag!
Did the waiter get your order right?	- please select - yes - then even remembered who ordered what yes - everything came as ordered most things were ok - I had to remind them once though they got one dish/drink wrong they got loads wrong - don't think they were listening

Ambience / Atmosphere / Decor
How smart is this place?	- please select - very posh - you must be suited & booted to fit in here quite posh - mainly business customers you need to be dressed smart casual to fit in here everybody’s welcome – football shirts or designer shirts you’ll feel out of place if you get dressed up for this place!
How would you describe the atmosphere?	- please select - lively and relaxed lively but too noisey not lively but still relaxed a little bit too quiet too snobby it was uncomfortable
What's the presentation of the tables / menu card like?	- please select - very impressive! some nice little touches matched the region of cuisine nothing special but it doesn't matter just a paper plate short of a picnic set
What was the decor like?	- please select - very modern and attractive very unusual (in a good way) old but nice and full of character it's nice it's ok - 'nowt special but not important what was the designer thinking? in desperate need of a paint job
How clean were the toilets / washroom?	- please select - not sure / didn't visit great design and well maintained great design but not maintained design ok & well maintained ok / normal design ok but not maintained in need of an upgrade but well maintained in need of an upgrade and not maintained

What type of greeting did you get?	- please select - top notch - even the manager or chef introduced her/himself the waiter introduced themselves, sat me down and helped me with the menu i was met at the door and shown to a table i was shown a table but not shown to it! greeting? what greeting!?!
How was the kitchen?	- please select - I don't know - I never saw it It was an open kitchen and the chef's were very hygenic It was an open kitchen and I wish I hadn't been looking! From what I saw, it looked ok I noticed it everytime the chef popped out for a fag - not impressed!
Would you recommend this restaurant to others?	- please select - yeah - definitely - I'd go out of my way to yeah - probably not sure / maybe probably not I'd go out of my way to tell people to avoid it!
Would it make your Top 5 restaurants in the world?	- please select - yes - probably maybe in the Top 5 for the type of cuisine maybe in the Top 5 in Manchester no, but if I didn't get about so much, it would be up there! no, I doubt it
Marks out of 5, what would you give it?	- please select - 5 - superb! 4 - good 3 - ok 2 - they got something's right 1 - at least I tried it 0 - stay well clear!
