The 2008-09 'Restaurants Of Manchester Best Restaurant in Manchester' is perhaps the closest Manchester city centre will get to Michelin Star standard cuisine and has retained the title this year.
Executive Chef, Ian Matfin, who has previously worked at Claridges and served under Terry Laybourne, Gordon Ramsay and Raymond Blanc, as well as Michael Caines, who he works closely with on a daily basis, created one of the best set meals on offer in Manchester this year, replicating his entry for the BBC's Great British Menu.
