Michael Caines at Abode is perhaps Manchester's best
hope of a coveted Michelin star.
Superb
chef Ian Matfin, in consultation with Michael Caines,
produces affordable artistic fine-dining delights with
a Grazing menu available for those who like to try smaller
versions of his master creations.
The
superb Thai restaurant off Chapel Walks, which won the
Pride Of Manchester Award for Best Restaurant in Manchester
2007-08, was a worthy contender this year too.

member of the Pride Of Manchester and UK Theatre Guide
mailing lists were invited to vote for their favourite
restaurant in 2008. To prevent any cheating from establishments,

so popular amongst members this year that it polled

famed customer service, great food and surprisingly
low prices made this the clear favourite amongst Pride
Of Manchester members.
